Once we have completed your items, based on our 6 week production time you will receive shipping notification.
All products are shipped via Australia Post.
If you place multiple orders, we will not automatically combine them, please send an email to discuss your options.
If your product arrives damaged, you should NOT accept delivery from the courier. If you do however, please take photos of any damage to the packaging and product and email us within 24 hours of receipting the product. Then we will come up with the best solution to fix or replace.
