Once your order is completed (within our 6-week production timeframe) you’ll receive a shipping notification.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
If you’ve placed multiple orders and would like them combined, please reach out via email orders@lumiandco.com.au to discuss your options as we do not automatically merge them.
We always take extra care when packaging your products but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged please take clear photos of the packaging and product damage and email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find the best solution for a replacement or fix.
