Current turnaround time information

Please note that pre-Christmas delivery orders are now closed. All orders placed after 1st December will have a 4-6 week turnaround time. 

Here at Lumi and Co, everything is custom made just for you by me. Orders only begin the design and making process once they have been placed. 

I take a lot of pride in everything that I make, so I always ensure it’s to the highest standard and something I am proud to send to its forever home. Because of that, it can take a little longer to get to you, but I promise it’s worth the wait. You can always count on receiving something that’s been made just for you, with so much love and care put into it.

Due to the holiday season we currently have a 4-6 week turnaround time on ALL orders (excluding shipping) 

Please note: Whilst I will always aim to make and deliver your orders as quickly as possible, sometimes things can delay the process which isn’t always in my control. Please remember to be kind 🩷
